What you see in this demonstration is EduCensus running in Demo Mode — a built-in feature that displays realistic illustrative data so the platform can be demonstrated to ministries and funders before Round 1 field collection begins. When your country's first school record is submitted, Demo Mode switches off and your ministry dashboard populates with real verified data automatically.
Designed for the realities of the field.
The EduCensus field collector application runs on standard Android tablets in fully offline mode. No internet connection is required during data collection. All form templates are cached locally. The four-step entry wizard captures GPS coordinates, school photographs, enrollment statistics, teacher records, infrastructure details, and community characteristics in under 15 minutes per school. Records queue locally until the collector syncs to the Local Storage Unit at end of day.

The EduCensus Ministry Administration Dashboard gives officials a real-time view of the national school registry. Filter by country, department, and school type. Bridging the connectivity gap.
In rural and remote areas where internet connectivity is unreliable or unavailable, the EduCensus Local Storage Unit serves as the bridge between field collectors and the ministry database. The LSU is a ruggedized, solar-powered field server that collects records from multiple collectors via Bluetooth or WiFi, stores photographs and form data securely, and transmits complete batches to the ministry database when 4G or satellite connectivity is available.
